If you don't have the option of touring with a grand piano, a Wurlitzer p200, a Hammond B3 with Leslie, a Mellotron, a Vox Continental and a Moog modular synth (and lets face it, who does these days) then a Nord is the next best thing. The sounds and ease of operation are fantastic.

Born in Archway, London 21st March 1963. Brought up in Norwich. Played in Local bands before moving back to London and helping form The Rockingbirds who were signed to Heavenly/Sony in 1992 and made their debut album produced by Langer and Winstanley. After The Rockinbirds split in 1995 went on to record and tour with many artists, notably Beth Orton, Edwyn Collins, Graham Coxon, Manic Street Preachers, Dexys and currently Chrissie Hynde. Runs and works as producer, engineer at Famous Times, an anologue studio in Hackney. Married to Maddy Read Clarke with 3 children- Valentine, Charlie and Iris
