As Director of Music at First Pentecostal Church of North Little Rock, Kurt oversees the music department for a congregation of over 3,000 members. In every service, he helps shape a sound that is both worshipful and world-class. He also leads North of the Rock Music Studios, where he guides production for original projects and live recordings that inspire listeners across generations.

Kurt’s production and arranging work has connected him with many of gospel music’s most respected voices, including Dottie Peoples, Vashawn Mitchell, The Pace Sisters, Dorothy Norwood, Kevin Lemons, Maranda Curtis, Darius Paulk, David Jennings, Mark Crowder, and Atlanta West Pentecostal Church (How Sweet the Sound). His ability to merge traditional gospel roots with modern sonic textures has made him a sought -after collaborator and mentor in the gospel music community.
