Rules and Terms for Nord Live Session Contest 2017
CONTEST RULES AND TERMS
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
ELIGIBILITY
This contest is open to anyone 18 years of age or older, from any country, except where prohibited by law. This contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Entry in this contest constitutes acceptance of these official contest rules.
ENTRY
Entrants may enter the contest by sending a YouTube video link of the live session/performance including a Nord instrument to contest [at] clavia.se (entrants must be included in the video). Entrants may submit as many contributions (YouTube video links) as they wish.
SUBMISSION USAGE
By entering the contest, Entrant grants Nord Keyboards the right to use the submission (video) in marketing material and other promotional purposes on all existing and future media platforms in perpetuity. Entrant agrees that their details may be published by Nord Keyboards or made available to anyone requesting details of the winner. A selection of the submitted contributions can be published during the contest period to promote the contest.
CONTEST PERIOD
The contest begins at 17:00PM CET+1 on Feb 2nd, 2017 and ends at 11:59PM CET+1 on May 31st, 2017. All Submissions must be sent during the Contest Period.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One (1) grand prize winning contribution will be chosen among all eligible contestants by the Nord Keyboards' jury. 2nd to 5th prize winners receive 2 items of choice from the Offical Nord Merchandise store. Nord Keyboards decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. All prize winners will be subject to verification and must meet all eligibility requirements before a prize is awarded. Prize Winners will be notified by comment on e-mail, within (5) business days of contest end.
PRIZES
There will be one (1) grand prize winner. The grand prize winner receives one (1) Nord Electro 5D 61. 2nd to 5th prize winners receive 2 items of choice from the Offical Nord Merchandise store. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entrants. The prize come with the standard factory warranty. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfer of the prize is permitted. Prize will be shipped to winner at no cost. Winner is responsible for the payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes, fees and duties.
SUBMISSION CONTENT GUIDELINES
Submissions may not contain any content that is: is sexually explicit; violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; is profane, obscene or offensive; promotes illegal activities; endorses any form of hate or hate group; contains personal identification, such as e-mail addresses or street addresses; contains copyrighted materials owned by others; appears to duplicate any other submitted Submission; and/or violates any law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nord Keyboards reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the contest. By entering, participants hold harmless Nord Keyboards from any and all liability, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize.
