Added SuperSaw to Analog menu for Osc A. For the SuperSaw, Osc B including Semi and Mix settings are disabled.
Vibrato, KB Split and other context menus are now stacked on top of e.g. Preset Load and Synth Edit modes, meaning that Shift does not Exit to program root, but to previous display
Filter Freq and FM Amount parameters are now separated to avoid Analog Filter often being closed when switching FM->Analog
Push dials now have a guard against unwanted dial turns following shortly after button press
Long press no longer exits menus such as Vibrato or PStick, but is only used to enter them
