Tom composes for and plays keyboards for his own jazz funk band ‘Resolution 88’ and co-writes and tours with the soul jazz singer Myles Sanko. He has performed on a world tour with jazz funk legends Incognito and shared the stage with Don Blackman, the Blackbyrds & Larry Mizell, Mike Clark (Herbie Hancock), Underground Resistance, Eumir Deodato and Clare Fischer (arranger for Prince).

He has recorded at many studios including Sunset Sound in Los Angeles and BBC Maidavale and Abbey Road Studios in London. He uses his perfect pitch to transcribe music note-for-note and his Youtube channel has well over half a million views. Resolution 88 have recently released their third studio album, ‘Revolutions’, and have supported artists including Snarky Puppy, Roy Ayers, Marcus Miller, Butcher Brown, the Yellowjackets, Christian McBride, the Fatback Band, Jeff Lorber, Medeski Martin & Wood and Cymande.
