Mikaela, originally from Umeå, is a Stockholm-based freelance piano and keyboard player. She started playing the piano at a young age and has evolved over her career more towards synthesizers and sound design. For many years she’s been using the Nord Stage as her main keyboard for a manageble and stable live-setup. 

Recently Mikaela has been touring with artists such as Fever Ray, Lykke Li, Seinabo Sey, Markus Krunegård, Petter, Moneybrother and many more, as well as being seen in the housebands of Swedish TV shows such as Klassfesten, Sommarkrysset, Sommarkväll och Stjärnor hos Babben. 

In 2020 she joined the circus company Face First as their primary music composer and performer, and she will also be performing in ”Barnen på Frostmofjällen” at the Uppsala City Theatre, autumn 2020
