Supreme Horns

Supreme Horns is an exclusive collection of premium horn samples featuring four different sections and a wide range of articulations. Each section represents a classic ensemble setup using different combinations of baritone, tenor and alto saxophones, bass and tenor trombones, trumpets, and flugelhorn. Combining a high level of realism with exceptional playability, Supreme Horns are ideal for live performance, studio work, and creative sound design.

  • The Modern section is a brass focused sound based on the bass trombone, tenor trombone and two trumpets, with the addition of an alto saxophone covering the middle range.
  • The Classic section features all saxophones; baritone, tenor and alto, as well as a flugelhorn for the middle and top range.
  • The versatile Soul section provides the tried and true combination of baritone sax, tenor trombone, tenor saxophone and trumpet.
  • The Sweet section gets its character from the combination of flugelhorn and muted trumpet, with the bass trombone and tenor saxophone covering the bass and middle range.

Each section features six different articulations: Sustain, Sustain Soft, Fortepiano+swell (Fp), Marcato, Staccato and a combination Marcato+Soft (MrcSoft) sound, the latter being especially useful on Nord instruments without multiple Sample Synth layers.
